We know that it isn’t always easy to get fit, or to get into (or back into) the routine of working out! For many, they need flexible options in order to be able to get into the gym and make progress. Knowing that many stay-at-home or work-from-home parents, shift workers, and those with unconventional schedules need opportunities to get fit just like the 5:15am or 5:30pm warriors, we have decided to offer our Foundations Boot Camp at TWO time slots!
What is Foundations Boot Camp?
No matter your age or fitness level, join us for our Boot Camp to help you continue your mission for a healthy 2017! Just because summer is over, doesn’t mean it is too late to get the body that you want and the support you need! Make fitness a part of your routine – give yourself the ONE hour a day that you deserve to improve your health and have some fun!
This boot camp is structured to get you results! Our highly experienced coaches will help you move better, feel better, accomplish things you never thought possible, as a part of an amazing community of people just like YOU. It doesn’t matter if you’re going from couch to CrossFit, or if you’ve been exercising for years. You will get healthy, have fun, all while making friends in a small-group environment. Don’t wait! What: 4-Week FUN and FRIENDLY Introductory Boot Camp open to participants 14 years and older (previous CrossFit experience NOT required!)
When: *NOW with TWO options!*
Morning Foundations 3x/week: Starting Monday, October 9th, 2017
Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10:30am
Evening Foundations 3x/week: Starting Tuesday, October 10th, 2017
Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30pm, Friday at 6:30pm
