Bench Press (5 AHAP then E2Mx3 5 @ 85%)
In 15-20 minutes, build to your heaviest 5 Bench Press. Increase the weight each set, have a spotter and record your heaviest 5. After established, drop to 85% and perform 5 every 2 minutes for 6 minutes. Record % in comments.
