In 20 minutes, work up to your heaviest 2 Power Cleans. Increase the weight each set, take rest between attempts, you may drop the bar between reps. Record your heavy 2.

Metcon
Stifled (4 Rounds for reps)
In 4 minutes, complete as many reps as possible:
15 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
20 Power Cleans 115/75# Rx+/ 95/65# Rx

If completed before 4 minutes, add another 4 minutes and proceed to:
15 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
15 Power Cleans 135/65# Rx+/ 115/75# Rx

If completed before 8 minutes, add another 4 minutes and proceed to:
15 Toes to Bar
50 Double Unders
10 Power Cleans 185/115# Rx+/ 135/95# Rx

If completed before 12 minutes, add another 4 and proceed to:
