Front Squat (E2Mx6, 3 Reps Increasing )
Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes, perform 3 Front Squats. Increase the weight each round, have plan where you’d like to end and record your heavy 3.

Min 2 – 12 DBall Step Out Lunges 70/50# Rx/ 100/70# Rx+
Min 3 – 12 DBall Bearhug Squats 70/50# Rx/ 100/70# Rx+
Min 4 – Rest!

You can switch shoulders as needed for the lunges. Squats are to be done will holding the ball in a bearhug.
Scaling – :30 sec Bike, DBall weights
