In 15 minutes, build to your heaviest 2 Power Snatches. You can reset between each lift. Increase the weight each set, take rest between sets and record your heaviest Power Snatch double.

* Snatch is any style. Only one barbell and you must deload after the 1 set of 2 rounds. 95/65# and 65/45# is another weight option
