Partner B completes as many rounds as possible of:

10 Push-up
15 Air Squat

When Partner A arrives, Partner B starts run and A completes AMRAP ‘Cindy’ etc.

* Score is completed rounds of Cindy. *
Scaling – Banded/Jumping Pull-up, modified Push-up, 500m Row/1200m Bike
