Bring a Friend Day

On Monday, January 6th, join us for our Bring A Friend Day!
Join us for a fun and beginner-friendly workout that will be taking place all day during each class. We will make sure that everyone will know the movements, and will perform a fun group warm-up before starting the WOD. We encourage all members to workout with your friend on this day as well!
