Teams Of 3

3 Rounds For Time of: 40 minute cap

40m Yoke Carry (Break up as needed)

40m Stone Carry (Each Person)

40 Stone Ground to Shoulder 115/70# (Split reps as needed)

40m Tire Flip (Switch as needed)
Scaling- Barbell on back carry instead of yolk, med ball or plate carry instead of stone, med ball or plate for ground to shoulder
