What is an INTRO session?
Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym this is your starting point!
During the session, we will take you on a quick tour of the facility. Then we will sit down and answer the questions you might have about who we are and how we train at CrossFit Off the Grid. Some common questions might be:
Do I have to be fit to CrossFit?
What kind of movements/exercises can I expect?
What kind of results can I expect?
How often should I come?
Do I have to stop eating donuts?
We’ll get to know what you want to accomplish and back-build a plan to take you there. We’ll wrap up with some action steps that will yield results.

The purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level and experience. After your INTRO, you and your coach can choose the best program to suit your needs and goals.
