What is an INTRO session?
Our INTRO session is a complimentary 1-on-1 training session. During the session, you will get a chance to learn more about our programs and actually experience one of our workouts for yourself. It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a group class or to start private training.
The purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level and experience. After your INTRO, you and your coach can choose the best program to suit your needs and goals.
