Coach’s Choice

Lift: Hang Snatch (3 X 3)

Perform 3 sets of 3 reps at around 70-75% of your 1RM. Same weight for every set. Rest 3 minutes between sets.

WOD: Plyo’s Again (AMRAP – Rounds)

12 Minute EMOM:

Minute 1- 8 Plyo Push-ups 45/25# plates RX+ 10 Deficit Push-ups 45/25# plates RX

Minute 2- 14 V-ups

Minute 3- 20 Box Jumps 24/20″
Scaling- Hand-release push-ups, knees to chest, sit-ups, box height, step-ups
