Annual “MURPH” WOD @ CrossFit Off the Grid

Come join us for the Annual “MURPH” WOD at CrossFit Off the Grid! The WOD will take place on Saturday, June 27th with warm-up beginning at 8:00am and staggered starts beginning at 8:30am. The WOD will be followed by a Member Appreciation BBQ from 1-4pm. For more information, check out the flyer below! We hope to see everyone there!

The “MURPH” WOD**:
Run 1 Mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
Run 1 Mile

If you have body armor or a weighted vest, you’re welcome to wear it!

** Please note the workout can be scaled so that anyone can do it! Don’t miss out!
