Join us for CrossFit Off the Grid’s Foundations Boot Camp, starting January 23rd, 2017! The holidays can take their toll on us all, so no matter your age or fitness level, join us for a Foundations Boot Camp to help you shed that winter weight and start the year off with a BANG! This boot camp is structured to get you results! Our highly experienced coaches will help you learn functional movements that can help you perform better in your every day life.
What: 4-Week Introductory Boot Camp open to participants 14 years and older, of any fitness level (previous CrossFit experience NOT required!)
When: Begins January 23rd, meets 3x/week
Monday & Wednesday at 5:30pm, and Friday at 6:30pm
