*NEW* Fit in 45 and Belly & Booty BLAST Classes at CrossFit Off the Grid!

CrossFit Off the Grid is excited to offer TWO **NEW** CLASSES starting JANUARY 15, 2018!

Fit in 45 is a group class designed to improve overall fitness. The class will include a warm-up, interval style workout, and cool down ALL within 45 minutes. We will utilize rowers, bikes, boxes, dumbbells, kettlebells and your own body weight for this class (no barbell movements). It is designed to benefit a broad audience, no need to be intimidated.

Who should take this class:

  • If you’re interested in checking out CrossFit, and have seen the great results our members have had, this is a great class for you.
  • If you’re looking to improve your aerobic capacity to reach goals in CrossFit, running, biking or swimming, this class is for you.
  • If you are interested in losing weight in a supportive, friendly environment, this class is for you.
  • If you are a high school athlete in off season, this class is for you.
  • If you want to get a great workout in, but all the machines at the Globo Gym intimidate you.

  • Friday: 4:45pm
  • Saturday: 9:45am

Belly & Booty BLAST is a high-intensity group class that combines cardio and toning movements in intervals, targeted at the core, glutes, and thighs! This 30 minute class will begin with a quick warm-up, moving immediately into cardio and interval training. We will utilize some simple equipment, but this class is for anyone and everyone who wants to prepare their bodies for the warm spring and summer months. No CrossFit experience necessary!

Who should take this class:

  • If you’re interested in getting your body ready for swimsuit season, this class is for you.
  • If you want to strengthen core and posterior muscles to perform better in workouts, this class is for you.
  • If you want to tone and sculpt, this class is for you.
  • If you want to improve your squat by doing some focused work on your glute activation, this class is for you.
  • If you just want to shed some winter fluff and be able to feel more comfortable in your clothes and your skin, this class is for you.

Summer bodies are built in the winter, and we can give you the tools to make sure you sustain your summer body all year round! Let us help you LOVE the you in the mirror while having some fun, and getting fit with friends.

When:

  • Monday: 6:30pm
  • Wednesday: 3:30pm
  • Friday: 10:30am

Cost for Fit in 45 and Belly & Booty BLAST Classes:

Non-members:

$7/class for non-members or 10 session package for $60 (sessions do not expire, and sessions can be used across both programs!)

Members:

2x/week, 3x/week or Punch Card members: $5/class or 5 session package for $20 (sessions do not expire, and sessions can be used across both programs!)

Unlimited members: 5 FREE classes per month for any mix of Fit in 45 or B&B Blast (additional classes at rate above)

Unlimited Plus+ members: FREE UNLIMITED classes per month of Fit in 45 and B&B Blast
