NEW! Personal Training at CrossFit Off the Grid

CrossFit Off the Grid is excited to announce that we will be offering Personal Training services for those who would like an extra edge in their athletic performance. These sessions can be standalone or can be taken in addition to our regular CrossFit classes for those who want additional focus on specific personal fitness, performance, or aesthetic goals. Personal training will be offered by the coach of your choice and will be available effective immediately. Once enrolled, you can work out dates and times for each of your one-hour training sessions. Your coach will also consult with you to identify a plan to help you achieve your desired results. There are a variety of options available for enrolling in personal training:

$65 per session

$300 five session package

$500 ten session package

You may use these sessions whenever you would like throughout the year, they do not have to be done within any specific span of time from when you start. Additionally, they can be used to work on anything that you would like to focus on, whether it is gymnastic skills, weight lifting, endurance, etc. Please note that personal training services can be used by members and also those who do not have a membership at CrossFit Off the Grid.
