Now that the Open is over…

The Open is over and we have learned a lot of information that will be put to use this year. These next two weeks will be for fun and recovery before we get back to kicking off our next year of training. I want to thank all of you for putting in such a great effort and putting up so many PRs. It was fun to watch and to be a part of. Whether you were in the Open or not I want all of you to do me a favor: Take a few minutes and write down a few long-term and short-term goals you want to accomplish in 2016. We have all learned a ton about ourselves this year and all of us would benefit from attacking some of our weaknesses. I am excited for the year to come and hope you guys continue to trust in our staff and really give us your best effort moving forward, as we will always give you ours. Our community is stronger than ever, so let’s enjoy all of the great events we have coming up and continue to welcome any and all new members with open arms. This year is going to be amazing!
