Nutrition Seminar with Mike Doehla from Stronger U Fitness & Performance on April 16th

We are excited to announce that Mike Doehla from Stronger U Fitness & Performance is joining us at CrossFit Off the Grid on April 16th at 12:30pm. As many of you know, a lot of our current CrossFit Off the Grid members utilize Mike’s services to help them meet their weight loss, fitness, performance or aesthetic goals. Proper nutrition isn’t always about just losing weight or looking great, it is about being smart and proper planning to help you lead a healthy life. All of our members who have worked with Mike up to now have had great success or progress toward achieving their goals. This seminar will not be a sales pitch. Mike will be coming in to talk to everyone about what nutrition is and how it can impact your life when done correctly. Mike uses a macronutrient goal approach with his clients, backed by science. He is going to bring awareness to best practices you can use in your own life to make sure that your diet doesn’t inhibit your progress in the gym. Ultimately, it is really difficult to outwork a bad diet. Mike will present some fantastic information, but also leave ample time at the end for questions, conversation, and just allowing you to pick his brain and inquire about how he can help you achieve your individual goals (if you’re interested).
