Run Club starts on Sunday, March 7th @ 10am!
No matter if you’re a novice runner or an experienced Ultra runner, Run Club is for you!
The goal for this year’s run program is to prepare you for whatever upcoming races you may have. We are planning on hosting a 5k at CrossFit Off the Grid in April! This will be an awesome opportunity for you to complete your first 5k or get a race under your belt in 2021!
Even if you do not have any race goals this year, we encourage anyone who is interested to sign up for the run program. It is a great way to increase your cardio training, overall conditioning, and have some fun running with friends when the weather starts to get nice!
This running program is scalable to all abilities and will involve more advanced options and scaled options for each individual.
Our 8-week running program will include:
1 programmed scheduled group run on Sundays at 10:00am on Williamston trail (sessions could take place at the gym depending on weather)
1 additional day programmed to do individually and log times in Wodify
Private Facebook Group for support and accountability
Open to Non-members!
