There will be prizes for each event, as well as participation awards for all athletes between 8-17 who compete.

More about The Next Generation Games

CrossFit Milford held its first Kids competition in 2013. 70 Kids competed and were so amazing that they decided to make it a yearly event. Three years later, the young athletes decided one event wasn’t enough and they took the show on the road. 2015 was the inaugural year with three kid and three teen events at CrossFit Milford, CrossFit Redzone and CrossFit Danbury each hosting an event.
