Well, you spoke and we have decided to keep the Healthy Meals by Coach/Chef Nick going! In fact, we have expanded the offering this time around offering 30 meals in total, maximum 4 meals per person.

We know many of you are busy, and it can be difficult to always prepare healthy meals on-the-go during the week or on weekends. We are excited to continue this program where Coach Nick (formerly Chef Nick) will make a meal weekly for purchase. We will continue to evaluate this meal program, and expand where possible. Any and all feedback welcome, but please bear with us while Nick is growing this offering. Right now, this is for active MEMBERS of CrossFit Off the Grid ONLY. Sorry!

The meal below will be available at CrossFit Off the Grid for pick-up on Monday, November 7th by 12pm. Meals will keep for 5 days in the container they come in, or you can freeze them. Each meal is $10 – you can’t beat that price for convenience!

Meal: Braised Beef Meatballs with Sweet Potato & Frenched Green Beans

5 oz Extra Lean (93/7) Ground Beef

130 g Sweet Potato

½ cup Green Beans

1 tbsp. Gluten-free Breadcrumbs

½ tbsp. Olive Oil

Egg, Beef Broth (Fat Free, Lower Sodium), Salt & Pepper
