All of our classes are 1 hour in length and taught by experienced CrossFit Trainers. Our group classes are fun, informative, competitive and community-based.
Personal Training
Working 1 on 1 with a coach of your choice to make sure you aren't creating bad habits and on track to hit your goals.
On Ramp
For those new to CrossFit. 4 On Ramp PT classes plus 1 week trial of Group.
Premium Membership
With our Premium membership, you will meet monthly with a dedicated Coach to discuss progress, help keep you accountable and create strategies to keep you on track to hit your goals!
Youth Strength and Conditioning
General conditioning will promote strength and endurance gains and will help to keep physical performance at a high-level all year round. Offered twice a year during sports "off-season".
Nutrition Coaching
Our Certified Nutrition Coaches will work with you to design a program that will get you results. We use a habits based program to be sure you are successful on your fitness journey!
Bootcamp
Our memberships come with open gym time so that you can come and train on your schedule. During open gym sessions, you can come in for unguided gym time and work toward your fitness goals. The coaching staff is available to assist you during any open gym session.
Yoga
Although yoga may seem contrary to the high intensity of our group classes, our classes perfectly complement your other workout experiences improving your flexibility. We have experienced instructors to guide you through lessons.
