Beginner’s Boot Camp: Spring into Fitness and Earn that SUMMER Body!

This boot camp is structured to get you results! Our highly experienced coaches will help you move better, feel better, accomplish things you never thought possible, as a part of an amazing community of people just like YOU. What: 4-Week FUN and FRIENDLY Beginner’s Boot Camp open to participants 14 years and older (previous CrossFit experience NOT required!)

When: 3x/week: Starting Monday, February 12th, 2018!

Monday & Wednesday at 5:30pm, Friday at 6:30pm

Price: $144.99

In this Boot Camp, you will learn the basics of CrossFit, burn calories, learn about how to eat to see results more quickly, and have the opportunity to meet others who have similar goals as you!
