Bootcamp at CrossFit Off the Grid begins July 13th!

Our last group was so successful, we decided to run another round of this program!

If you’re looking for a new and different way to get fit, we are offering a 6 week introductory Bootcamp open to participants of any age (14 or older) and any fitness level. This Bootcamp is structured to get you results! Our experienced coaches will walk you and others through functional movements that will improve your fitness ability while in a fun and inviting group environment. The 6 week Bootcamp will be capped at 15 participants, so sign up soon as spots will fill up fast!
