Bring-a-Friend Day @ CrossFit Off the Grid!

On Sunday, March 13th, 2016 we are hosting Bring-a-Friend Day at CrossFit Off the Grid at 12:30pm!  We encourage every member to tell their friends how much they love the community and results they get from CrossFit Off the Grid and get them to come join us for a fun and beginner-friendly WOD.  We will make sure that they know the movements, and they will perform a fun group warm-up then begin the WOD.  You are also welcome to workout with your friend on this day as well, if that would make them feel more comfortable.

After the session, we will provide an overview to your friends about our gym, membership options, and about our community here. For members who bring a friend that signs up for one of our membership options (including foundations or boot camp) we will give you 10% off your next month’s membership!
