Summer is winding down and back to school shopping is kicking up.
You’re going to be seeing other folks and your friends at registration day, the drop off and pick up line, and at the wonderful back to school nights.
And because you’ve been working so hard and have been so consistent at CF Off the Grid, you’re going to hear things like…
“Whoa, I had to double take when I saw you!”
“You look amazing!”
“Goodness gracious, I’ve never seen a healthier, happier, and more energetic person in my entire life!”
OK OK, maybe not those exact words, but there’s a 100% chance that exercise, nutrition, and “getting back into it” with the school year is going to come up amongst your friends and fellow parents (those Summer beers start to add up).
We absolutely love having you at CrossFit Off the Grid, and we’d love to have your friends here with us too.
If you do think that they would benefit from spending some time with us at CF Off the Grid, here are a few options on how to get them sweating with us!
Option 1: Send them to the website – www.crossfitoffthegrid.com – head over to “Get Started” and follow the prompts from there.
Option 2: Put them in an email with me! nickseabock@crossfitoffthegrid and I’ll take it from there.
Option 3: If they want to know more about nutrition, put them in an email with [email protected] and she’ll take it from there.
All of our new group fitness members have to go through our No Sweat Intro for onboarding.
This no sweat intro is a face to face meeting (not a workout) so we can learn more about them, their goals, and figure out what is going to be the best option for them moving forward.
After the No Sweat Intro, new members will go through one of our On-Ramp options, or go through our test out personal training session to get them straight into classes.
After the On-Ramp sessions (or test out), then we get them rolling into our group classes, and you get to sweat with your friends day in and day out!
If you have any questions about the onboarding process for your friends, I’d love to chat with you about it. Or maybe we could even do a Goal Review session? After all, we are in the second new year (aka – back to school) and I’d love to help you establish some goals to work on during this fall semester. Send me an email and we’ll make it happen!
As always, thank you so much for being here with us. If you need anything, please let us know!
