It’s Beach Season!

Who’s ready to head to the beach this summer?

When heading out to the beach that last thing you should be doing is stressing about hitting your numbers. Coach Madison has a few tips to help alleviate that stress!

First, make yourself a protein breakfast before you head out for the day. Protein is usually the hardest to hit when on the go, and by starting your day with a good serving, you wont have to stress about it later in the day!

Second, grab your cooler and pack your lunch! Wraps and sandwiches are easy to eat on the beach. Bring some fruit and veggies to eat on the side and munch on throughout the day.

Last, remember to hydrate! Sitting in the sun all day it can be really easy for us to dehydrate. If we’re enjoying some alcoholic drinks, try to track these ahead of time and pack that amount. Remember to drink enough water in between these drinks too!
