Nutrition Challenge November 3rd

Our 2014 Off The Grid Nutrition Challenge will be led by Coach Kate Conneen.

We are encouraging everyone to challenge themselves and crush a 21 day goal of “Healthy and Clean Eating”The first goal of this challenge is to leave you feeling healthy, fit, energized and rejuvenated at the end of 21 Days.
The second goal is that you adopt some sustainable healthy habits into your daily life with the support of our amazing community.

With those goals in mind Kate developed a 21-Day challenge. She believes in bio-individuality. This means there’s no one-size-fits-all diet – each person is a unique individual with highly individualized nutritional requirements. Personal differences in anatomy, metabolism, body composition and cell structure all influence your overall health and the foods that make you feel your best. That’s why no single way of eating works for everyone.

There are, however; certain habits that we know will make us feel great (sleep) and others that we know will have a negative effect on our health (alcohol)!! This challenge is organized around these simple principles.

This is a Point Based Challenge. You will earn points for sleep, activity and movement and eating!

Measurements will be taken on Sunday, November 2nd and Monday, November 3rd.

The WOD on Monday, November 3rd will be repeated on Monday, November 24th, so you can see how the challenge and good choices will affect your performance at the box!

There will be a Kick-Off/ Q & A meeting on Saturday, October 25th at 11AM.
