Tips for reducing your calorie intake!

Ever wondered how you could save a little more calories for the things you LOVE to eat?

What if what you love to eat can also be healthy and nutritious?

Check out Coach Sean’s tips for getting in those veggies while eating the foods you love!

1. Meals -Use cauliflower for rice/ mashed potatoes -Substitute completely or do a ½ mix with the real thing!

2. Snacks -Berries are king -These sweet treats can curb cravings for sweets and have lower calories than almost all fruits

3. Alcohol Seltzers/ and Stevia -If you do mixed drinks try a zero calorie mixer like a flavored seltzer or Stevia sweetened drink
